The Free Fit Check is an additional sizing-support service for customers who would like help reviewing the available size information before ordering.
You can send us the product you are considering, the sizes you are deciding between, and the measurements requested on that product’s size guide.
We will review the information available and help you compare it with the product sizing information.

Does a Free Fit Check guarantee an exact fit?
No.
A Fit Check provides additional guidance based on the measurements and product information available to us.

Shipping
Where does THOMDOGPAW currently ship?
At launch, THOMDOGPAW currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the available shipping method, order details, and delivery destination.

THOMDOGPAW does not currently offer a guaranteed free-shipping threshold.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping is typically delivered within 15 business days after the order has been shipped.
This estimate does not include the 1–3 business day processing period.

Will I receive tracking information?
