1. Overview

This website and online store are operated under the THOMDOGPAW brand by PAWLORA TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“THOMDOGPAW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shopthomdogpaw.com, including any purchases made through our online store.

By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

For pet apparel, customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart and measuring their pet before ordering. Our sizing information and Free Fit Check service are intended to assist with product selection but do not guarantee a particular fit.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or update products at any time.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices displayed on our store are shown in the currency applicable to the relevant market and are subject to change without notice.

The final amount payable will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment transactions may be processed by Shopify and other authorized payment service providers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and, where necessary, cancel or refund an affected order.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted.

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;

• Shipping or fulfillment restrictions; or

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping, contact, and order information is accurate before completing checkout.

6. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been fulfilled.

Orders successfully cancelled before fulfillment are eligible for a full refund.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation might no longer be possible. The order will instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy where applicable.

7. Shipping and Delivery

THOMDOGPAW currently serves the markets made available through our online store.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from outside the customer's destination country, including from China.

Order processing times, shipping methods, shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, estimated transit times, and other shipping information are described in our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, during checkout.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, operational disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Any applicable duties, import taxes, customs charges, or related fees will be handled as described in our Shipping Policy and checkout experience where applicable.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must generally be made within 30 days after delivery.

Returned products must meet the eligibility requirements described in our Return & Refund Policy, including applicable requirements concerning condition, wear, washing, and original tags.

For returns resulting from incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Customers who require another size, color, or product should return the eligible original item for a refund and place a new order.

Items are considered Final Sale and non-returnable only when clearly identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

Where an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. THOMDOGPAW will initiate an approved refund within 5 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

9. Customer Accounts

Certain features may allow or require customers to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current account information and to update it when necessary.
