Not Sure Which Size to Choose?
Every dog is built differently, and measurements do not always tell the whole story.
If you are unsure between sizes or would like a second opinion before ordering, THOMDOGPAW offers a Free Fit Check to help you review the available sizing information for the product you are considering.
Our approach follows the THOM Fit System:
Measure · Match · Check
Before You Contact Us
First, review the size guide for the specific product you are considering.
Depending on the product, you may be asked for measurements such as:
- Neck
- Chest / Girth
- Back Length
Different products may require different measurements, so always follow the size guide shown on the individual product page.
If you need help taking measurements, visit our How to Measure guide.
What to Send Us
To help us review your fit question, please include:
- The name of the product you are considering
- The size or sizes you are deciding between
- The measurements requested on that product’s size guide
- Your dog’s breed or general body type, if relevant
- Any specific fit concern you would like us to review
The more accurate the information you provide, the more useful our guidance can be.

What We Can Help With
We can help you:
- compare your dog’s measurements with the available product size guide
- review two sizes if your dog falls between them
- explain which measurements are most relevant for the product
- identify information you may want to double-check before ordering
What a Fit Check Does Not Replace
A Free Fit Check is intended to provide additional guidance based on the information available to us.
Exact fit can vary depending on:
- your dog’s proportions
- the individual product’s construction
- adjustment points
- how the product is intended to sit on the body
- the accuracy of the measurements provided
For that reason, a Fit Check cannot guarantee an exact fit.
Once the product arrives, always check the fit on your dog before regular use.
Measure · Match · Check
Measure your dog carefully.
Match those measurements with the product-specific size guide.
Check the fit on your dog.
