Thank you for shopping with THOMDOGPAW. We currently ship orders within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the available shipping method, order details, and delivery destination.
The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
THOMDOGPAW does not currently offer a guaranteed free-shipping threshold. Any future free-shipping promotion or policy will be clearly communicated when applicable.
Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping is typically delivered within 15 business days after the order has been shipped.
Please note that this estimate does not include the 1–3 business day order processing period.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, a tracking link will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows no meaningful movement for 7 business days, or if your package appears to be missing, please contact us at THOMDOGPAWali@163.com with your order number.
We will review the available tracking information and assist with the appropriate next step.
THOMDOGPAW is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International Shipping
At launch, THOMDOGPAW currently ships only within the United States.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
